Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges (India)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and will be displayed at checkout.

  • ₹0 – ₹499: ₹95

  • ₹500 – ₹749: ₹75

  • ₹750 – ₹999: ₹55

  • ₹999 and above: Free Shipping

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 4–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations.
A COD convenience fee may apply and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS / WhatsApp / Email, allowing you to monitor delivery status.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. Brahmatells is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regional restrictions.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Brahmatells is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery / RTO

In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
